About Ivy
An AI company that happens to teach.
Ivy is not a training business that talks about agents. It is a business run on agents, which then teaches other people to build them. The order matters.
The founder

Kamal Kannan
Founder — runs every session
There is no trainer bench here. The person who built the agents this business runs on is the person who scopes your program, stands up in the live sessions, and reviews what you build. That is a real constraint on how many people Ivy can serve at once, and it is also the entire offer.
Ivy exists because the building came first. OpenClaw was built to run agents, delegated.to was built on top of it, and the Founders Club was built because a small business needs eight kinds of software and none of them should cost a subscription forever. Agent Ideas came out of the blueprints that kept getting reused across all of it.
TODO — the turning point: what convinced you the teaching was worth doing alongside the building. One paragraph, specific, ideally a moment rather than a realisation.
What that means, plainly
- Founder of Sanklad Digital — the studio behind the products below.
- Built OpenClaw, an agent platform, and delegated.to: seven AI employees that run work for a business.
- Built the Founders Club — an eight-app AI bundle with live Stripe checkout and provisioning that fans out across eight partner APIs.
- Publishes Agent Ideas: 62+ agent blueprints with working Claude Code prompts and build guides.
- Builds agents hands-on, mostly inside Claude Code — and came up through product before founding anything.
- Has done the work in every cohort here — SEO, paid media, content, client reporting and new business — as an operator, not as a case study.

Where we are
We are early, and we would rather say so.
Ivy is new, and we have run this with a small number of businesses so far. We are not going to dress that up with a bigger-sounding number. What you get instead is the person who actually runs a business this way sitting with you, a group small enough that everybody leaves with something working, and the $699 of software we use ourselves, included.
If you want scale, there are larger training companies and they will serve you perfectly well. If you want the person who built the thing, that is what is on offer here.
What we believe
Four positions we will argue about.
Run it before you teach it
Every pattern in these programs is one we depend on ourselves. If we stop using something, it comes out of the curriculum.
Agents, not advice
A program that ends in enthusiasm has failed. It ends with something running against real work, or it was a waste of a week.
Say what does not work
Half of a good agent curriculum is where to stop. We are specific about the failure modes because we hit them first, expensively.
Leave nothing to depend on us for
A good engagement ends with a team that no longer needs to call. That is the product, and it is why the Founder Kit is included rather than sold.
How we are different
The short version.
Every member gets the Founders Club bundle free — eight AI tools to actually run a business on. Six are yours for life. Not a folder of templates.
We ship the software we teach on
Everything we teach from is live and you can go and use it today. The walkthroughs are of real systems doing real work, not slides.
Specific, not general
We teach Claude Code, Claude Cowork, Codex and MCP by name, because a course that will not name its tools is a course that has not used them.
For people without a technical background
No engineering background assumed, ever. If you can use a browser and follow instructions, you can do this — and week one exists to prove it.
You leave with software, not notes
Everyone gets eight AI tools free, six of them yours for life — normally $699 — on top of what you learn.
