Bringing more than yourself?

Most people come to Ivy on their own. If you want to bring a group, or run a private cohort for your business, that works too — same sessions, rebuilt around your work.

Where we are

We are early, and we would rather say so.

Ivy is new, and we have run this with a small number of businesses so far. We are not going to dress that up with a bigger-sounding number. What you get instead is the person who actually runs a business this way sitting with you, a group small enough that everybody leaves with something working, and the $699 of software we use ourselves, included.

Why this shape

Company-wide announcements do not produce working agents.

01

Seats bought, nothing changed

Most companies are now paying for AI licences that get used as a faster search box. The spend happened; the work did not move.

02

Every function needs a different agent

What Finance should hand over is nothing like what Sales should. One all-hands session serves neither, which is why we run one function at a time.

03

Nobody internally has built one

This experience is hard to hire and impossible to licence. It gets built inside the team, on your own work, or it does not exist.

How it works

Scoped in a call. Running by the end.

01

Scope

A 30-minute call, then a short discovery with the team. We find the work worth handing over and name the first agent.

02

Rebuild

The curriculum gets rewritten against your stack, your data and that team's actual week before anything is delivered.

03

Build together

Live sessions where the agent gets built, self-paced material between them, and office hours for what broke on Tuesday.

04

Hand over

You finish with a working agent, the evaluation that proves it still works, and documentation the next person can pick up.

What's included

Everything, for the whole team.

Scoped per team rather than per seat, so bringing another person into the room never turns into a renegotiation.

  • Private cohort, rebuilt around your work
  • Any subject, or a combination
  • Founder Kit for everyone
  • Sessions scheduled around the group
  • TODO — confirm minimum group size

Plus the Founder Kit

Every member gets the Founders Club bundle free — eight AI tools to actually run a business on. Six are yours for life. Not a folder of templates.

Add-ons

Questions

The practical bits.

Because Ivy is new. The price reflects the track record we have today, and it goes up as that grows. Founding members keep their rate.

No. You bring your own accounts and buy them directly from the vendors — we do not resell, mark up or take a cut.

The skill, working on your own accounts — plus recordings, the Founder Kit (eight AI tools, six yours for life) and community access that carries on afterwards.

Yes. The Founders Club sells on its own as a one-time lifetime deal. Join any program and it is provisioned to you at no extra cost, and it does not expire when the program does.

Small, deliberately. The whole point is that you can ask about your own account and get an answer, which stops being true past a certain number.

No. If you can use a browser and follow instructions you can do this. Week one exists to get everyone set up, including people who have never opened a terminal.

Yes. TODO — confirm payment terms, methods and currencies.

Email within 30 days and you get a full refund, no questions asked and no exit survey. The only thing that comes back is the Founder Kit access, since that is software rather than teaching.

No. There is no attendance condition and nothing to prove — if it is not earning its place in your business, that is reason enough.

Next step

Start with one team.

Thirty minutes with Kamal on the work you would most like to hand over. If a single workshop would serve you better, we will say so.
