Included with every program

Somewhere to ask the small question.

A small group of small-business owners running the same stack, comparing what is actually working this month.

Small

businesses only, by design

Why it exists

These tools change every few weeks. A course taken in March is out of date by June unless there is somewhere to keep up — and somewhere to ask the question that is too small to book a call about.

What actually happens in it

Four things, honestly described.

01

What broke this week

The most-used channel, and the reason people stay. A connection stops working, a permission changes, an update shifts how something behaves — somebody has usually hit it a day before you.

02

Setups worth stealing

Members post what they have set up and how. Most people's best idea came from someone else's screenshot rather than from a lesson.

03

What changed in the tools

These tools change constantly. We post what actually matters for a small business and ignore the rest, so you are not reading release notes.

04

Office hours

A recurring live slot to bring the thing you are stuck on. TODO — confirm frequency before publishing.

How it works

House rules.

Kept deliberately narrow. A community that tries to serve everyone stops being useful to anyone.

  • Small businesses only — this is not a place for enterprise AI strategy.
  • Specific beats general: post the error, the config, the actual prompt.
  • No pitching to other members.
  • TODO — confirm the full code of conduct before opening it up.

Getting in

  • Included with every program and cohort, at no extra cost.
  • Access continues after your program ends.
  • TODO — decide whether the community is ever sold or opened standalone.
  • TODO — choose the platform (Slack, Discord, Circle) and set site.communityUrl.

Questions

The fair ones.

Included with every program, and it does not end when the program does.

TODO — answer this honestly once it is running. An overstated answer here is very easy for a prospect to check.

TODO — decide. Keeping it member-only makes it better; opening it makes it a lead source.

Next step

It comes with the program.

There is no separate community tier and nothing extra to buy. Join any program and you are in, for as long as you want to be.
